HANUMAN DEEKSHA procedure for devotees at distant places

Hari hi Om.

HANUMAN DEEKSHA procedure for devotees at distant places

  • Deeksha Kankanam:

Apply sindooram to white thread with 5 knots to it. Perform pooja to Lord Hanuman and wear it on right wrist with the help of  any elderly person. After deeksha is completed, dispose the thread on a tree.

  • Deeksha Mala:

Get Tulasi or Rudraksha mala with a Hanuman dollar. Perform pooja and wear it in pooja room. After deeksha, remove the mala and put it on a tree.

  • Deeksha Vastram(Clothes):

For Men: White shirt and Orange dhothi.

For Women: Orange saree and blouse.

Keep the clothes in pooja room. After Deeksha. those clothes can be used.

  • Deeksha Manthram:

Daily chant the following sacred manthram for 108 times

                                     “Om Namo Bhagavathe Vayunandanaya”

Continue chanting this manthram even after Deeksha.

  • Deeksha Asirvadham:

Receive Blessings of Lord Hanuman by bowing your head to the feet of HIS idol/ photo which is used in your daily prayers.

On the last day of Deeksha, go to Hanuman temple and do 5 pradikshanas to Lord.  Offer Kesari Naivedhyam (wheat rava) to Lord Hanuman. Have lunch in plantain leaf and complete your Deeksha.

Please Note:

Anyone who follows this type of Deeksha every Tuesday will receive good fortune.

I perform pooja wholeheartedly and not with any hardship. Everything ends with Anandham. I pray to our Global Friend – Lord Hanuman that everyone should be blessed with Anandham.
