Full Lunar Eclipse – 4-4-2015 (satarday) and Chaithra Poornima.
Grahanam details – Sparsa Time -3.45pm, Middle Time – 5.30pm, Moksha Time -7.15pm.

The food remains in our body becomes poison at the time of Grahanam. At that time the atmosphere effects Panchabhuthas, Grahas and people. So the foods remains in our body spoils and leads to so many diseases. After long time they become
dangerous diseases. Now Society is suffering so many diseases mentally and physically.So we have to bring awareness in the people. It’s our culture, We have to follow it. Now technology improved and we can understand and can imagine. We can’t follow
the food habits as before days. If we not follow them loss is for us only. The atmosphere and food habits are not like before, but some we can follow.

1. Take food before 2 pm. It will digest before 3.45pm..
2. After 7.15pm, clean the house, take head bath, do deeparadhana, prepare food and eat after Moksha time.
3. It is our lucky to say today is Chaithra Poornima. So do Nama Samkeerthana loudly. Bad things in our body will washes away.
4. Those who can’t say loudly, hear from the computer itself.
5. Without taking the food at the time of Grahanam, do Nama Sankeerthanam staying at one place, is good.

Do Sathsangam and concentration will be there. You will have self-happiness. Follow it. I also do the same. It’s true.

At that time the atmosphere effects Panchabhuthas, Grahas and people. So the foods remains in our body spoils and leads to so many diseases. After long time they become dangerous diseases. Now Society is suffering so many diseases mentally and physically. So we have to bring awareness in the people.
