INDEPENDENCE DAY (15TH AUGUST 2014) was celebrated by Mathaji in a unique way today by organizinga trip to Anjanamma Land located at Dusi, Kanchipuram. National Flag was hoisted by Mathaji at 10.00AM surrounded by some committee members , local students and residents of nearby villeges. After the National Anthom, Mathaji distributed sweets, Books and Pencil & Rubber to the children.
Mathaji was very happy to see the Patriotism among the Committee Members and villegers who attended the Independence Day celebration. Mathaji advised the children to follow Hindu culture, chant Hanuman Chalisa daily that would help them to study well, ward off fear and protect them from problems and difficulties in life. Children were brought by Kanimozhi , an Engineering student who teaches young students during her free time .
Mathaji appreciated her efforts and asked her to continue the service by teaching Hanuman Chalisa to students by Heart. Once they are well versed, competitions shall be conducted in Kanchipuram and prizes shall be distributed to winners.
In the evening around 17.00 hours, Mathaji organized Silver Jubilee Santhi Pooja and Homam with special alankaram to Eri Katha Anjaneya Swamil Sannidi located Mamandur Lake, Dusi, Kanchipuram to celebrate the completion of Homams on all auspicious days in the past 25 years. Anjaneyar was decorated with Betal Leaves, flowers and tri-colour beads. Hanumanji was looking simply beautiful today. After the Puja, Mathaji performed Hanuman Gayatri Homam in the Sannidi and said that Hanumanji is fully satisfied with the Homam.
Mathaji informed that Hanumanji blessings will always be there to those Members who shared the expenses of the above celebrations and said that has encouraged her to conduct such programmes in future also.
Note :- People coming by Car or Van, On their own, can come to Earikatha Sowgandhika Pushpa Hanuman Sannidi directly. From Kancheepuram Bus stand, there are buses coming to Dusi, every 10 minutes. For people coming by these buses to Dusi, Vehicle will be arranged by us From Dusi to Swamy Sannidi (2 km).
