Lord Hanuman’s Janma Nakshathra pooja was excellent with Viboothi, Abhishekam, Pushpa Archana, Akroot Astothram and Alankaram fantastic. Two Devotees Kandaswamy and Swadesh came from Mumbai to take Hanuman Deeksha from our beloved Mathaji. They expressed their view that they have seen so many places,after seeing our Website only their mind accepted to take Hanuman Deeksha for five days.
On the occasion of Gita Jayanthi (2-12-2014 ) Peetam conducted Healthy Gita Govindam competition yesterday to recite any 11 Slokas in 11th Chapter ( Viswaroopa Sandarsana Yogam ) with no age limit. Parents and children participated in the competition. One boy named Raghavendra who was studying in 5th std.recited complete chapter (55 Slokas ). We all committe members also participated in the competition. Participation certificate, Krishna photo, bookmark, Raksha and Sindooram were distributed. We all recieved Lord Hanuman and Our Mathaji’s blessings.

Gita Govindam competition (30-11-2014 ) went on successfully which held in Peetam . Our Mathaji explained about the importance of Gita and said that Lord Hanuman listened Bhagawad Gita directly when Lord Krishna preached it to Arjuna. So Hanuman was very much fond of Gita. Every year Mathaji doing Parayanam of 18 chapters on the day of Gita Jayanthi. we also decided to follow the same on 2-12-2014.
